Policies Non-Defective Product
Returns: Gibbs & Associates offers a 14 day (from date of
shipment) return policy on non-defective product returns for actual
purchase price credit. Shipping charges are non refundable. An item
can be returned, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to
cover testing, stocking and/or packaging expenses. In addition to
this fee, a charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are
returned missing or containing broken parts. Please follow the
instructions outlined in the Return Notes below. Defective Product Returns First
30 days: Gibbs &
Associates offers a 30 day (from date of shipment) replacement or
credit policy for defective products less shipping. Please contact
us to: 1) confirm that the product is defective and 2) secure
instruction for the authorization to return product and
process. Defective Product Returns After
30 Days: After 30 days the manufacturers warranty process
takes effect. Please refer to the manufacturer information
contained in your product information documentation for proper
instructions. Return Notes: All returns
must be pre-approved by Gibbs & Associates. Please e-mail us
your request. Include date ordered, item(s), reason for return,
name, address and telephone number. Once your request has been
received, you will be contacted within 5 business days. DO NOT
ship any products until you receive an e-mail with a return
authorization and instructions. Any products returned to us
without return authorization will be subject to the 15% restocking
fee and an unauthorized return fee of $10.00. You must re-package
any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all
parts, materials and manuals. If you received your item double
boxed, it must be returned in this way. If you return an item to us
for a refund or exchange, please understand that shipping costs
will not be refunded. Shipping costs are refunded only if the
return is a result of our error. MasterCard/Visa may take two (2)
billing cycles to show a
refund.
